Acceptance of terms
Welcome to Signaturegen. By accessing or using https://signaturegen.appand its tools (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Use of Signaturegen
Signaturegen provides tools for creating, previewing, exporting, and storing electronic signature assets. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws. You are responsible for using generated signatures lawfully and for confirming whether a signature is acceptable for your specific document or workflow.
Accounts and subscriptions
Some features require an account or a paid subscription. Standard costs $9.90 per year and Premium costs $19.90 per year. Plans are billed annually. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Payments, billing, and renewals
Payments and applicable taxes are processed by our payment provider, Creem, at checkout. Subscriptions are billed in advance for the term shown at purchase. Where a subscription renews, it continues for successive terms until you cancel. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term.
Refunds and cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access through the end of the current paid term. Because plans are billed annually in advance, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and in accordance with applicable consumer-protection law. Acceptable use
You may not use Signaturegen to impersonate others, commit fraud, infringe intellectual-property or other rights, attack or disrupt the Service, or upload unlawful or harmful content. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Signaturegen and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You do not acquire ownership of the underlying technology. You retain ownership of the signatures you create using the Service, subject to the rights you grant us to operate and provide the Service.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated signatures will be accepted for any particular legal or business purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signaturegen and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Signaturegen and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these terms.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate these terms or use the Service unlawfully. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of Signaturegen is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts or through the dispute- resolution process of that jurisdiction, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are effective upon posting on this page, and we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
